In order to further improve the level of the staff's speech, improve the ability to communicate with the user, enhance the employee's understanding of the company's product and technology, and provide an opportunity and platform for the employees to show themselves, discover the new employees with the potential of speech and communication in the Technology Department, our company organized this product promotion and introduction skills competition.

The competition was divided into three stages: training, preliminary, and final, the preliminaries were organized by departments to implement the voting elimination system, according to the number of votes taken from many to less, the top 8 were taken as participants in the final. The final score was made by the company's leaders, experts, expert judges, and members of the public jury who had participated in the preliminaries but had not entered the finals.

The staff of the Technology Department cherished this opportunity very much. Everyone was eager to sign up, prepared for it and taken an active part in it. After careful planning and preparation in the early stage, the technology department successfully completed the preliminary selection in the conference room on the first floor of the company from September 1st to 2^nd. .In order to participate in this competition, each player had finished the daily work and squeezed the time to make the speech material, they put the best state and mentality into the competition to show the good spirit and excellent post skills of BHDB’s technicians.

After a wonderful competition and public voting by the judges, the 8 players entered the final: Lai Zelin, Cheng chili, Qiu Yewu, Song Yang, Yu Shihua, Huang Feifei, Li Wenjie, Gao Lingfeng.

BHDB’s product promotion, introduction skills competition ended in a satisfied way, through this competition, it promoted the mutual communication and study among the contestants. It also laid the foundation for the selection and cultivation of professional talents.
