Mitsubishi Power Dongfang Boiler Co. Ltd. (English name "MHI Power Dongfang Boiler Co. Ltd.", referred to as the "Oriental lingri", "MHDB") is one of the former shareholders "Oriental Boiler Co. Ltd. Hitachi" of Japan's Babcock Hitachi company, whose name is changed after its merger with Japan's MITSUBISHI POWER . Dongfang Lingri Boiler Co., Ltd. was set up by Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. (50% stake), Japan's MITSUBISHI Power Corporation (45% stake), Japan's Itochu company (5% stake). The joint venture aims at designing and manufacturing of boiler and environmental protection equipment with a total investment of $24 million and registered capital of $22 million 200 thousand. The company registered in No. 1267 Chenggong Road, Jiaxing City, province Zhejiang.Main business: design, undertaking more than 300MW and above type of direct current boiler, 200MW and below natural circulation drum boiler, special boiler, boiler parts manufacturing and after-sales service of products.
