On November 29^th, 2013, Zhang Xiaolun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Deputy General Manager, Zhou Jianhua, Vice Director of Human Resources Department, Huang Xing, Secretary of the Office of DEC and Xu Peng, General Manager and Chen Deqiang, Director of Human Resources Department of DBC visited our company.

Zhang Xiaolun and his team first went to the production workshop to inspect production and manufacture, then listened to COO Wang Jun’s report on the production and operation of the company and the new plant area construction project in the conference room of the first floor of the company, then inspected the site of the new factory site.

COO Wang Jun made a detailed report to Zhang Xiaolun on the market development situation, production and operation situation and order profit situation this year. He indicated that BHDB, as the total contractor of the H type fin economizer of DBC, would fully satisfy the requirements of DBC's project schedule. We would cherish the hard won opportunities of the HRSG market and maintain the leading position in the industry. In the field of new product development, we had worked with BHK in Japan, and had obtained the order of Changxin power plant flue gas cooler project.

In the construction progress of the new plant area, under the support of the leaders, we had overcome the adverse weather factors such as the historical high temperature and the super strong typhoon, and the work was speeding up. At present, the workshop had been built up, the floor pouring was to be completed, the production equipment had been installed, and the production auxiliary building had completed the second decoration, which had created the conditions for trial production.

Xu hoped that BHDB could make use of a good new base to develop the HRSG industry. He required the BHDB management team to clear ideas, locate accurately, become the bond of cooperation between the parent companies, and form a complementary industry for the parent company.

Zhang was pleased with the great changes in BHDB in recent years. BHDB was full of tasks, and the spirit of the cadres and staff was passionate. He agreed with the development ideas of BHDB HRSG industrial chain, and hold a positive attitude towards the joint venture renewal. BHDB was required to train and introduce talented and highly qualified personnel. Through cooperation with colleges and universities, we could make a good foundation, explore the innovation of the distribution system, make the management of human resources on the step, and have the strength and sharpness of the company's competitiveness.
