From April 24th to 26th, 2014, after 3 days of examination by experts from the audit group of China Water Treatment Association, BHDB smoothly passed extension/ review and audit of Grade-A boiler manufacturing license.

The expert group of the audit was headed by Zhang Yannian, the Senior Engineer, the team members were composed of Sui Xiangui, Xu Wei and Shao Laibin. According to TSG G001-2012 “Safety Technical Supervision Rules for Boiler”, “Production License Condition of Boiler and Pressure Vessel” and TSG Z0004-2007 “Basic Requirements of Quality Assurance System for Manufacturing, Installation, Transformation and Maintenance of Special Equipment” and other relevant regulations requirements of the resource conditions and quality assurance system 17 elements, the audit team carefully reviewed the company's resource conditions, "Quality Assurance Manual of Grade-A Certificate" and procedural documents, in accordance with the requirements of the quality assurance manual and procedural documents, the audit team comprehensively reviewed the design, procurement, material, process, welding, inspection, measurement, nondestructive testing, heat treatment and other majors in accordance with the production of Grade-A certificate simulation product and the completed boiler products. At the end of the April 26th audit conference, the audit team announced the audit conclusion: BHDB. met the requirements of Grade-A boiler manufacturing license.

Grade-A boiler manufacturing license is a certificate issued by the government in order to standardize the requirements for the manufacture of special equipment. Only the enterprises that have obtained the certificate can allow the production of the related special equipment, it’s reviewed every 4 years. Our company was covered by DBC’s system before, with the increasing standardization of national special equipment manufacturing regulations, our company was required to obtain corresponding qualifications. Our company first obtained the certificate of manufacturing Grade-A boiler serpentine pipe parts in 2003, in 2008, a part certificate of Grade-A boiler serpentine pipe parts was obtained, and at the same time, the manufacturing license for the header of Grade-A boiler was obtained, the Grade-A boiler manufacturing license was obtained for the first time in 2010.

It had been supported and coordinated by the leaders and departments of the company. The construction of the new plant is the basis for the long-term and stable development of our company, therefore, the pass of Grade-A certificate expansion / review and audit had provided strong conditions and capital for the company to participate in the market competition.
