On January 19^th, 2014, Ma Yi, Secretary of the Party Committee of DBC, CEO of BHDB, Zhu Xinjian, Secretary of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Dong Liang, Director, visited BHDB inspected the construction of BHDB’s new factory, Wang Jun, COO, Lu Dou, Director of new plant construction commanding and Vice Director of new plant construction commanding of BHDB accompanied.

In the morning, Secretary Ma Yi listened carefully to the progress report on the work of BHDB’s construction of the new plant, and encouraged and affirmed that BHDB had overcome many difficulties and worked hard to implement it. After understanding the progress of follow-up work, the following requirements were put forward: In order to cherish the hard won of market of HRSG and alleviate the pressure of implementing the HRSG project, it was imminent to put the new plant into operation at an early date. First of all, we must carefully comb out the subsequent construction quantity, find out the bottleneck of the subsequent construction, and analyze the countermeasures; secondly, we must strictly enforce the working hours of construction units to improve work efficiency; finally, the command department was required to further strengthen the on-site management, earnestly analyze, implement it at various levels, and coordinate with each other on the premise of ensuring quality and ensuring safety.

In the afternoon, Secretary Ma Yi came to the new factory for field inspection, and inquired about the installation of the equipment, the maintenance time between the processes and the implementation of the power system of the supporting facilities of water and electricity. Ma Yi stressed that we should pay close attention to the construction progress and the construction management.
