On 06th Apr. the board meeting of MHPS Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd of Dongfang Power Plant Group was successfully held in Chengdu.
The board meeting was moderated by CEO Mr. Hu Xiukui and eight Chinese and Japanese shareholders of the board were all present at the meeting as well as Chinese and Japanese supervisors. Executive General Manager Mr. Xia Yu and General Manager Mr. Kai Akechi introduced topics for the meeting.
The meeting passed the final accounts in 2016, budget report for 2017, benefits distribution plan, aims in 2017 and fixed assets investment report for 2017. Report on management situation in 2016, relocation of old factory and construction of new factory were also made.
The board affirmed the good performance of the management team and all staff for completing assignments given by the board, even under serious circumstances during fierce competition in 2016. They also require the management team to strengthen the control on accounts and cost, management on the stock, expansion to overseas markets, construction of soft power with great attention to the production safety and quality and at last the management on relocation and reconstruction.
Mr. Hu Xiukui, General Manager and CEO of MHPS Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, accompanied Japanese directors and supervisors for a visit to the boiler exhibition hall.
